I don’t have any history on this head, but it came with a 1968 Lotus Elan S4 that now has a Weber head. I am assuming that it was the original head for that car. Measuring the thickness with a caliper it appears to have never been surfaced. No visible damage, missing one valve as shown. Cam caps are all properly numbered. Not a Big Valve head.
