Lotus Esprit Brake vacuum pump

Up for sale from the research that I’ve done this is a lotus Esprit turbo brake vacuum pump. I don’t know much about these at all so I’m not sure if anything missing or not or if bracket is correct. I got it from someone who converted their car to a small block Chevy a few years back. If I hold my hand over the cut nipple and spin the pulley it sucks my hand to the nipple so I believe it to be working. But I am not 100% on the usability of it as is, it may need a rebuild.
